I sit in amazement after sharing a session with a new
client today realizing how much I learned from holding
a space for them....

That's just it...beyond Ego, personality, and story, we are
all together here and now sharing this reality for and with
one another.

This knowing dissolves the hierarchical illusion and brings
such peace to my heart.

Also realizing this week that it is so much more ease-full to
be in the experience of your life *not thinking* and letting the
mind run the situation...but rather to stay fully in the body as
a being of observation and participation...experiencing brings forth
an experience of natural non-attachment and a direct link to
compassion.

Being in the space of the bodymind we are Here, not separate,
and connected to our Heart.

Thank you to all the experiences and hu-man's that co-created these
learnings/rememberings with me this week.

I send my love to all this weekend---Let's celebrate the Sun and
take care of each other as we progress forward~
